本课程是针对具有一定的体育基础知识，喜欢热爱体育活动的学生，通过理论部分与影视形式进行教学。教师分专题进行授课，并且结合内容观看有关体育视频资料和体育经典赛事。通过教师的点评，对学生进行体育文化、体育美学、理想信念、道德品质方面的教育与培养。使学生在激动人心、令人陶醉的讲授与视听欣赏中得到思想启迪和素质的提高。

Course content Introduction to English:

This course taught by theory, film and television is for the students that have some basic sports knowledge and love sports. Teachers can teach by special subject combining watching some relevant sports video and sports classic events. Teachers by commenting can educate and cultivate students in terms of sports culture, sport aesthetics, ideal and faith and moral trait. Then students’ thought can be enlightened and their quality improved by given exciting and fascinating lecture and video.
